The holiday home is a ground-floor apartment in a house built of natural stone which you can see in the foreground of the photo.
With its south-west facing terrace, it sits in a romantic rose garden.
The house lies on the edge of a footpath about 50 metres away from a rushing stream called the Arles. On arrival, park your car in the shade of the trees on our property. Walk across the little iron bridge to the other side of the stream and you will find us and our house on the right-hand side.

In the bed/sitting room you will find a double bed (two latex mattresses on separate adjustable slatted bases, each 80 x 200 cm) as well as a chaise longue (on the left in the photo).
There is also a desk, a lounger and side tables.
The kitchenette has a fridge (with freezer compartment), storage cupboards containing everything you need, and two hot plates.
A round dining-room table with four stools forms the dining area.
Both the kitchen and bed/sitting room open out through French doors onto a big 20 m2 patio with a garden table. A large fig tree offers ample shade. Garden loungers, a parasol and a grill are stored in the stone shelter.
Sit on the patio and soak up the beautiful view of a Mediterranean garden, our main house and the backdrop of the Caroux mountain which Alphonse Daudet called ‘The Mountain of Light’.
On request, we can provide two 18-gear mountain bikes for hire at a charge of €25 each per week.
is 220 Volts / 50Hz
We normally expect guests to provide their own linen (duvet covers, sheets, bath and hand towels), however if this presents problems (for example, if you are travelling by plane) we are able to provide linen for an extra charge. Please enquire about linen hire when you make your booking.
A washing machine is available for laundry.
It is a good idea to bring a torch with you as the public area around the property is poorly lit.
